Cultural understanding begins with shared experience.

The museum describes itself as a public platform for international audiences to understand Chinese character art and Chinese culture. Its reception programs combine guided interpretation with creative participation, making formal exchange feel human and memorable.

In 2019, the museum presented Chinese character art at the ASEAN Media Forum and the Conference on Dialogue of Asian Civilizations. It also received a media delegation representing 16 Central and Eastern European countries, using characters as a starting point for cultural dialogue.
