Program Details

What program dates are available?

Our upcoming departures are November 1–12, 2026; December 5–16, 2026; and January 6–17, 2027. All three programs are based in Changsha, Hunan, with full-day excursions to Yueyang and Shaoshan.

What will participants experience?

The program combines practical Mandarin, Chinese character art, calligraphy, traditional rubbing and printing, museum workshops, Hunan cuisine, local community experiences, historic landmarks and a visit with giant pandas in Yueyang.

What type of hotel accommodation is provided?

Participants will stay for 11 nights at a four-star hotel in Changsha. Staying at one hotel throughout the program provides a comfortable home base and eliminates the need to pack and change hotels during the Yueyang and Shaoshan excursions.
